Jevon McMillan Russell carries a heart for reconciliation, discipleship, and awakening believers to the love of God revealed through Jesus Christ. His calling is rooted in cultivating spiritual maturity within the body of Christ, equipping believers to live anchored in truth, love, and obedience to the Word.
Jevon encountered the transforming mercy of God in a way that reshaped his understanding of family, belonging, and identity in Christ. Through prayer and obedience, the Lord confirmed his call into ministry with the words, “If you first be willing” (2 Corinthians 8). From that moment, World Encounter began to take form.
We exist to see hearts restored through love, presence, and shared life. World Encounter is a spiritual family formed around healing, where the orphan is welcomed, the silenced are heard, and the lost are found again.
Here, no one is reduced to their past or defined by their distance. We gather as a community committed to reconciliation, restoration, and walking together into wholeness. What was fragmented is made whole through belonging.
This is not outreach from afar, this is family, lived out.
